Overview

Nate is an associate at SS+D’s Litigation Department and has experience in civil and criminal proceeding in federal and state courts. Nate views every case as more than a transaction. He knows that better client relationships lead to better outcomes because they improve insight, responsiveness, and strategic alignment. By understanding who his clients are, what they value, and how the dispute actually affects their lives or businesses, Nate is able to develop creative, persuasive arguments that go beyond the mechanical application of case law. He is admitted to the Ohio Bar, as well as to the U.S. District Court for the Southern Districts of Ohio.
