Overview:

Meghan is an associate in SS+D’s Family Law Department. She joined the firm in Spring 2021. She was admitted to the practice of law in Ohio in 2020, and to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio in 2021.

Professional Experience / Focus Areas

Meghan graduated with honors from Wright State University in 2018 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science with a concentration in History. During her time at Wright State, she was a member of the Student Honors Association.

Meghan graduated from the University of Dayton School of Law (UDSL) in 2020. During her time at UDSL, Meghan was the co-founder of the Disability Law Society, for which she served as Treasurer. She was also a member of the UDSL Mock Trial Team and won the Mike O’Laughlin Best Advocate Award.

Prior to joining SS+D, Meghan interned for the City of Dayton Prosecutor’s Office and the Clark County Prosecutor’s Office, assisting in legal research and writing, discovery, and trial preparation. She also worked as an associate attorney in private practice handling a wide variety of cases, including consumer bankruptcies, estate planning, probate, and family law.

Personal:

Meghan is originally from Enon, Ohio, but now lives in Dayton. When not in the office, Meghan enjoys cooking, hiking, and spending time with her husband Jeremy and her two Australian Shepherds, Hazel and Zeke. Meghan is a loyal fan of the Ohio State Buckeyes and Dallas Cowboys.
