Overview:

Kyle is an associate in SS+D’s Corporate Law Department. He joined the firm in January 2024 after graduating from law school. Kyle is eager to help clients achieve their goals. He is admitted to the practice of law in Ohio and before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

Professional Experience / Focus Areas

Kyle’s practice focuses on business related matters including mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, and Intellectual Property Law

Kyle graduated from The Ohio State University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering. He then graduated cum laude from the University of Dayton School of Law (UDSL) in 2023 with a concentration in Law and Technology.

Prior to joining SS+D, Kyle worked for a full-service engineering company handling a wide variety of engineering needs for clients. While attending UDSL, he externed with the Air Force Research Laboratory, assisting with legal research and writing, contract review, and Air Force personnel needs.

Personal:

Kyle is originally from Sidney, Ohio, but now lives in Beavercreek. When not in the office, Kyle enjoys golfing, helping on the family farm, and spending time with his wife, Molly, and his son, Henry. Kyle is a dedicated fan of The Ohio State Buckeyes, Pittsburgh Steelers, and Dayton Flyers.
