Kevin is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Department. Kevin graduated from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law with a focus in corporate governance, business taxation, and dispute resolution.
At Moritz, Kevin was a board member of the Business Law Journal. As a member of the Journal, he authored a note regarding scienter requirements in securities laws, specifically focusing on § 14(e) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. During law school, Kevin also pursued his passion for helping others resolve disputes while avoiding unnecessary penalties by serving as president of Ohio State’s Truancy Mediation Project (“TMP”). As president of TMP, Kevin mediated disputes between at-risk youth, their families, and public high schools to help students graduate on time while improving their education and home life in the process.
Prior to law school, Kevin attended the University of Cincinnati where he graduated magna cum laude with a B.S. in psychology, with a focus on interpersonal dynamics and dispute resolution. For his senior thesis, Kevin authored a paper on how college students can develop pedagogical and leadership skills relative to their peers while maintaining a healthy and familiar relationship with the same.
Kevin looks forward to helping Dayton-area businesses prosper, no matter the challenges that face them.
When not in the office, Kevin enjoys listening to music, training for powerlifting, and exploring the trails of Dayton’s parks with his fiancée, Abigail.
