Josh is a shareholder in SS+D’s Estate Planning, Probate and Business Succession practice group. Besides estate planning, Josh’s career experience spans an extensive range, including criminal prosecution, insurance defense, municipal law, complex business and commercial litigation, and employment law. Although Josh primarily focuses on estate planning, trust, and probate law, his practice also emphasizes general business matters because of his diverse background and broad experience, and he engages as general counsel to various business entities and families.

Josh is a Dayton native who is committed to the Miami Valley region. Josh earned both his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Dayton, and he is an active member in the Dayton community, donating his time and services to local boards and organizations.
