Overview

Joseph is an associate in the firm’s Corporate Department. He is a graduate from Northern Kentucky University Law School. Prior to joining SS+D, Joseph spent years helping private companies to improve their business development and increase their revenue.

Professional Experience/Focus Area

Joseph focuses his practice on business-related matters, with a focus on mergers & acquisitions, commercial contracts, securities, and corporate governance. Joseph’s goal for all of his clients is to deliver a high-quality service that enables them to meet their objectives. Prior to joining SS+D, Joseph worked for several companies that ranged in size from a Fortune 500 corporation to a small startup. In these roles, Joseph gained extensive knowledge of finance, software, and business development. This experience helps Joseph view legal needs through the eyes of his clients, and to work with them as a team to accomplish their goals.

When not in the office, Joseph and can be found spending time with his family, working out, and trying new restaurants.
