Rima joined SS+D in 2006, beginning her paralegal career in 1991.  She works in the Litigation Department, with a focus on business and commercial litigation and creditors' rights.  In 1991 Rima received her Associate of Applied Science in Legal Assisting degree from Sinclair Community College in Dayton.  She is a member of the Greater Dayton Paralegal Association and has been President of that association since 2008.  She is also an associate member of the Dayton Bar Association and is a member of the Advisory Board of the Greater Dayton Volunteer Lawyer's Project.
