Jim Dyer and Dianne Marx Named 2008 Corporate Counsel Super Lawyers

Jim Dyer and Dianne Marx have been named 2008 Corporate Counsel Super Lawyers in the area of business litigation.  Jim chairs the SS+D Litigation Department and has over 25 years of experience resolving complex business disputes.  He has served as lead trial counsel for a variety of companies including multi-billion dollar corporations.  Dianne has 25 years of experience representing publicly-traded companies, individuals and family-owned businesses.  She is also a Past President of the Dayton Bar Association and the Association's Foundation.  Both Jim and Dianne are AV rated through the Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rating process, the premier rating authority for attorneys in the U.S. and Canada.
