Jim Dyer Named in 2010 Chambers USA

SS+D is pleased to announce that Jim Dyer has been named in the 2010 edition of Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business.  He was recognized as a leader in Commercial Litigation.

Jim, who is chair of the SS+D Litigation Department, has 30 years of experience resolving complex disputes.  His practice focuses in the areas of business litigation, including resolution of disputes involving contracts, intellectual property, trade secrets, covenants-not-to-compete, construction, healthcare, policyholder rights, and antitrust and compensation regulation.
