The Foundation is well-known for its projects. Over the last ten years, Fellows helped educate Somali immigrants about their rights and responsibilities as new citizens, trained nonprofit organizations about their legal responsibilities and taught grade school students the concept of justice. Class members work together on a project that clarifies the complicated and eases inequity in the justice system. The induction ceremony will take place in April, with Ohio Supreme Court Chief Justice Thomas J. Moyer presiding.
Danyelle joined Sebaly Shillito + Dyer’s Litigation Department in 2002 and concentrates her practice in Labor & Employment and Workers’ Compensation. She became a shareholder on January 1, 2007. She has been recognized as an Ohio Super Lawyer Rising Star, Dayton Business Journal Forty Under 40 and was a member of the Leadership Dayton Class of 2007.
Danyelle is a strong community service advocate, serving on the Personnel Committee for Daybreak, a local non-profit organization, the Boards of Trustees for Dayton Contemporary Dance Company, Dayton Metropolitan Housing Authority, National Conference for Community and Justice, and Clothes That Work.
