Our lawyers provide immigration compliance assistance to businesses. We assist and counsel in connection with I-9 regulatory requirements and in drafting compliance policies and procedures.  SS+D attorneys can also represent and assist businesses that are audited.

Our attorneys have experience assisting with employment-based immigration and non-immigrant work authorizations.  We have assisted with green card, H1-B, L-1, O, H-3, and numerous other visa processing matters.

International Business

Individuals and Families

Our attorneys also provide immigration assistance to individuals and families.  We have experience with family-sponsored immigration.  With its strong litigation background, we can also assist clients with deportation and removal proceedings.

Alternative Billing/Flat Fees

In addition to its standard hourly rates, we have been a leader in offering alternative billing options in lieu of the typical hourly rate.  Our firm will offer a flat rate for most visa processing projects.
