Corporate Department
We are currently seeking an associate for our Corporate Department. The ideal candidate will have two to five years of experience with sophisticated transactional and general business counseling and representation. We conduct our practice at a very high level and candidates need to have the ability and desire to step into that environment and effectively assist senior attorneys in the creation of high quality work product. This position requires strong analytical skills, an outstanding ability to write and otherwise communicate effectively, a proven record of academic and professional success, and an enthusiasm for practicing law at the highest level.
