We have extensive experience in computer, technology, telecommunication,
and Internet issues. Our services include representation in all aspects
of computer and telecommunication hardware acquisitions; software licensing,
development, and maintenance agreements; Internet, EDI, and electronic
mail issues; and multimedia and intellectual property issues.
Creditors
Rights and Commercial Law
Our creditors' rights and commercial law practice focuses on the representation
of companies and creditors in commercial transactions and bankruptcy cases.
We serve as counsel to trustees and creditors committees and represent
secured and unsecured creditors in commercial and consumer bankruptcies.
Labor
and Employment
We have substantial expertise in representing clients before the EEOC
and the Ohio Civil Rights Commission. Our attorneys are experienced with
Title VII, ADEA, and other federal, state, and local laws regulating employment.
We regularly defend management against EEO, wrongful termination, civil
rights, and other employment-related claims. We also handle all manner of workers' compensation litigation before the Industrial Commission and in court.

Care Law

Government Contracting
We offer a full-service practice in the public contracting arena at the federal, state, local and international levels. We have extensive experience in handling procurement compliance, including cost issues, civil/criminal investigation defense, and representation of contractors in suspension and debarment proceedings.
